What format are the photos in?
All MyImageVault photos are in JPG format.

Why are some photos free and others not?
Images that the MOE has paid to be photographed are free to download in web size while all stock images must be paid for.

Why do MOE images in low res now have a price?
For the service provided by this searchable web site and photo shop work they used to be billed in varying rates. In order to streamline things and to bring prices down we settled on a lower flat fee for all images regardless of the amount of imaging work or sizing involved in exchange for equal billing of all high res images. This meant that only high res files were ordered but now with the site averaging over 4000 visits per month and no orders for files being made, the option of lower res was added to help with budgets and to hinder right clicking any images MOE owned or not.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Yes! Please go to the Photographers page to sign up.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the MyImageVault photos that I download?
Yes. While MyImageVault offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format.

Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.
