This site is owned and operated by MyImageVault . Your use of this website and any materials available herein identifies that you agree to the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use").  If you do not agree to these terms then you should leave this website immediately (hereinafter referred to as "Site", not use any of the materials available herein, and/or not subscribe to this service.

RETURN POLICY

If, in the event there is a dispute between a Customer and MyImageVault.com regarding a Return or Cancellation 2CO resolves to use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the Customer inquiry or complaint in a manner that is acceptable to Customer, MyImageVault.com and 2CO.
To this end, 2CO reserves the right to issue a Refund or Cancellation without the knowledge or consent of MyImageVault.com in any case 2CO deems appropriate. MyImageVault.com’s Account will be debited by 2CO in an appropriate amount for any such Refund and 2CO shall attempt to obtain the return of any Goods."

PRIVACY POLICY

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

MyImageVault.com agrees not to use any information regarding Customers except for the purpose of entering into and completing Transactions. MyImageVault.com will not  use Customer information for purposes of solicitation, advertising, unsolicited e-mail or spamming, harassment, invasion of privacy, or conduct which may be otherwise deemed to be objectionable conduct.
